Administrative Services Survey

Over the last two years, various activities have provided high-level evidence for the need to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness at ANU.

The recently released Budget Package also raises issues of process change, workload management, job redesign, redeployment and teamwork.

To assist in identifying user satisfaction across Administrative Services the Executive Director (Administration and Planning) commissioned the Administrative Services Survey in May 2013.

The survey results will be used to inform and prioritise service improvement activities including: identifying improvement opportunities, improving future performance and ultimately provide high-quality, targeted services to administration users.

Read the Administrative Services Survey Report for the results and preliminary analysis.
